This file is a Consolidated Request for Information (RFI) Questions & Answers document for federal contract W912P826QA016, a warehouse restroom remodel project at the USACE New Orleans District Facility located at 7400 Leake Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana. The document addresses contractor inquiries regarding project scope, specifications, and requirements for the 45-calendar-day performance period.

The project scope includes renovation of three restrooms (Women's Office Restroom at 36 SF, Men's Office Restroom at 39 SF, and Warehouse Restroom at 43 SF) with work encompassing installation of three commercial-grade toilets, three vanity cabinets with sinks (at least one ADA-compliant), three faucets, three exhaust fan/light combination units, three replacement water fountains with bottle-filling stations (Elkay or equivalent), removal and replacement of a point-of-use water heater in the Warehouse Restroom, replacement of electrical switches and receptacles with GFCI protection, replacement of ceiling tiles, painting (Warehouse Restroom only), and installation of restroom accessories including paper towel dispensers, toilet paper holders, soap dispensers, and grab bars at ADA-compliant heights. Additional requirements include providing at least one operational restroom or portable restroom facilities during construction, maintaining contractor staging and storage in front of the warehouse, submitting insurance documentation within seven calendar days of award, and completing all work within the 45-calendar-day performance period. The Service Contract Act WD #2015-5189 applies to labor standards, and award will be made to the lowest-priced, responsible offeror whose quote conforms to solicitation requirements with a bid due date of June 22 at 10:00 AM Local Time.
