QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Question. What is the time limit on project performance for Section F projects?

Answer: There is no time limit; however, projects listed should illustrate the proposed team's qualifications to perform the work to be performed for this contract, and should be relevant to the work performed by the New Orleans District. Paragraph 1 of the FBO provides information on the type of projects and work to be performed by the A‐E. Note, it has been 15 years since Hurricane Katrina impacted the New Orleans District's area of responsibility; thus, we recommend projects listed extend to that time period.

Question. The solicitation requests specific numbers of resumes, ex: 3 structural engineers. If we provide additional resumes for each discipline, will they be evaluated?

Answer: Yes ‐ all resumes will be evaluated.

Question. May we include resumes for project managers and if so, will they be evaluated?

Answer: Yes ‐ all resumes will be evaluated.

Question. Item 4, page 5 of the solicitation refers to eight evaluation criteria but the solicitation only lists criteria a‐f (six). What are the other two evaluation criteria, or are there actually only six evaluation criteria?

Question. In Section 1 of the solicitation it states we are to provide a separate SF330 for each subcontractor; however, in Section 4: Submission Requirements, third paragraph, it states that we are limited to 50 pages for Section H. In our past experience with SF 330s for the USACE, we’ve seen this 50 page limit being utilized for a “combined” SF330 submission with the subconsultants. Please clarify that separate SF330s are required for subconsultants and the maximum number of pages allowed for Section H is 50.
