Question: I attended the CMANC conference in San Diego and the SF District presented upcoming projects, Redwood City being one of them. They noted that the material for Redwood was suitable for
SF-11 and unsuitable for SF-DODS during the presentation, but now the pre-solicitation posting states that the placement of material will be SF-DODS or contractor furnished BU site.
1. Can you please confirm the disposal location?
2. Can you also please confirm that the solicitation will proceed as a Full and Open IFB and NOT
Small Business?
Answer:

Dredge material will be transported to the following disposal/placement sites: Reach 1-2 to a contractor furnished beneficial reuse site, and Reach 3-5 to SF-DODS or a contractor furnished beneficial reuse site
