SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The following have been added by full text:
AMENDMENT 1
Below are responses to questions received through April 20, 2023.
Q1: Who is the incumbent?
A1: The last contract was W912P618P0009 with Melching Water Solutions LLC.
Q2. Is all of the information from the foregoing tabs supposed to be summarized in the six-page resume discussed in Factor 1?
A2: The solicitation does not mention tabs. The information should be organized by
Factor, not tabs. The six-page resume includes both Factor 1 and 2.
Q3. With respect to Factor 2 “Past Performance” do we need to prepare a separate list of related projects including the names and contact information of the clients on these projects or should this be integrated into the six-page resume (as implied in the first paragraph under Factor 2
“Provide references and contact information for verification. The information is included in the six-page resume.”)?
A3: The six-page resume includes both Factor 1 and 2. Not for sure what you mean when you say integrated, but the information should be tucked under each
Factor. Consider this similar to a resume plus reference section.
Q4. Which of the Clauses and Representations sheets do we need to fill out and submit together with our resume and cover sheets?
A4: For Representations, please refer to solicitation instructions, specifically FAR
52.212-1 (b)(8) and FAR 52.212-3. See below with respect to Price Schedule.
Q5. Do we need to provide a spreadsheet listing our cost estimate or do we just fill in the total amount on Page 3 and the Price Schedule on Page 4?
A5: Preferably, fill in the solicitation but offerors may submit as a separate document, so long as the submission prices each line item as set out in the price schedule.
Q6. In the Price Schedule, are the costs for Workshops 1-3 and the Findings Meeting just the cost of attending these meetings or should it include all the reading, reviewing, writing, etc. the committee members do in preparation for these meetings?
A6: This is up to each offeror.
Q7. Further, with respect to the cost estimate the RFQ states: "The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the
W912P623Q0010 option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the
Government to exercise the option(s)." Does the reference to options refer to Workshop
3 or something else?
A7: Correct, option refers to Option 3.
Q8. Given that we will be submitting two prices for Workshop 3 how do we report our total project cost?
A8: As stated, “by adding the total price for all options”.
Q9. How many do we need to submit?
A9: Submit via email or mail, to the POC listed, Sara King. Offerors are responsible for ensuring it makes it to our office on time.
