QUESTION – “Project specifications preclude the SSHO from being the QC Manager or the Superintendent. More commonly, on projects of this size (small), the SSHO can be the QC Manager or Superintendent. Can that specification be changed to allow the SSHO to be one of these roles? There certainly is enough time in project like this for one of those roles to be shared.”

1.6.1.1.1 has been revised to state, “The SSHO may serve as the Quality Control Manager or as the Superintendent but not both.”
