About this file
This document is an Amendment to Solicitation W912P525Q0004 for the Lillydale Day Use Concrete project, issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District. The amendment provides answers to industry questions about the concrete and line pump procurement. Key details include supplying a minimum of 300 cubic yards (not to exceed 350 cubic yards) of concrete, with a pump available for up to 5 days, to be used at the Lillydale Day Use Area Swim Beach in Allons, TN. Work hours are restricted to Monday through Friday, 6:30 am-4:30 pm, excluding holidays, and the concrete will be poured adjacent to water with a delivery date dependent on lake levels.
The solicitation requires a 4,000 psi pump mix with fiber and includes rebar, with forming, pouring, and finishing to be done by a separate O&M contractor. Additional specifications include a minimum 250-foot hose, a single pump operator, no pre-bid meeting, no ADA requirements, no landscaping needs, and no as-built or engineered drawings required. The project is federally funded, will be a single award contract, and has no bonding requirements. Contractors are to supply concrete and a pump for the swim area base, with the government managing all environmental permits.
