52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2014)

(a)The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:

(1)Experience. The offer will be evaluated on the experience in operation of grist mills; public relations including courtesy and oral communication; and knowledge/experience dressing mill stones.

(2)Past Performance. Offerors will be evaluated on their past performance. The Government may contact some of the references that are provided in the offeror’s resume and information obtained from other sources.
