TECHNICAL EXHIBIT 1
Performance Requirements Summary (PRS)
(The contractor service requirements [Paragraph 5 of PWS] are summarized into performance objectives that relate directly to mission essential tasks. The performance threshold briefly describes the minimum acceptable levels of services required for each task. Tasks listed in the PRS shall be limited to tasks critical to successful contractor performance. DO NOT list every task in Paragraph 5 of the PWS. Be careful setting the standard/AQL of 100% or zero defects. This requires the Government to do 100% inspection as a surveillance method which is administratively burdensome and often unnecessary. This standard should only be used for areas related to security, safety/life support, force protection or other critical issues. If used, include those items in the QASP, para 4.3. Whenever possible, use of an AQL as shown in 5.1 below is preferred, as it is more accurate to track. Using a % as in 5.2 below, requires the COR to know total occurrences to determine if the % is reached. I.e. display case windows are cleaned daily (250 days) resulting in 39 times the standard cannot be met before performance is not acceptable.)
This PRS includes performance objectives the Government will use to determine contractor performance and will compare contractor performance to the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL).

5.1 Assess and Track Behavioral Health Status
The contractor shall provide a monthly report consisting of the overall behavioral health status for the XX ARNG to include recommendations to improve the status NLT the 7th day of each month.
Report is received later than the 7th day of the month twice during the period of performance.
Periodic Inspection / COR
5.2 Clean Display Case Windows
The contractor shall clean display case windows daily so that glass is clean and free of dirt, dust, streaks, watermarks, spots, grime and are not cloudy.
