LAARNG 1021st Catered Meal Jackson Barracks Questions
1. Do you have the sample menu/”state menu” example that is mentioned on #13 of the needs statement? I would love to see an example if you have one! The field Menu attachment is the menu.
1. What type of container do these meals typically come in? If you have any photos, that would be great reference for us to price them out before sending our proposal. Usually, Styrofoam to go containers.
1. I see that drinks are required for each of the meals – Is this something we would be providing every day with each meal individually or would we be able to bulk send items and replenish as needed? We have typically only sent bottled water with each box meal, but if we need to change that, please let me know the expectation for the drinks and how best to provide a variety, as requested. Can be sent in bulk and replenished but enough for each meal. Menu has drinks listed.
1. Condiments – would we need to send each of those condiments as a packet with each meal or would we send bulk of the requested condiments and replenish as needed? Packet for each meal.
