About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation W912LR25QA006 for prepared meals at Camp Santiago for the Puerto Rico Army National Guard. The document addresses four questions from potential bidders covering language requirements, incumbent contractors, and subcontracting rules.

Key details include confirmation that the point of contact is bilingual (Spanish/English) though formal communications must be in English. There is no current incumbent as this is a specific requirement, but similar past orders are referenced (W912LR25P0007, W912LR25P0006, W912LR24P0008, and W912LR25PA001). Questions about subcontracting requirements are addressed by referring bidders to DoD Class Deviation 2021-O0008 for Clause 52.219-14 found on pages 8-9 of the solicitation.

2. Is there any contractor currently performing this service? If yes, would you kindly provide us with the Contract number? If no, would you kindly provide us with the latest Contract number that has performed this service or similar?
