About this file
This document is a compilation of questions and answers related to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint training. The government is seeking to provide training for 25-30 participants, to be conducted onsite over a two-day period. The training should cover a range of topics for both Excel and PowerPoint, with printed course materials required. Participants are expected to have basic to advanced skill levels, and the vendor will be required to provide workbooks/guides for hands-on practice. The government will provide the training venue and equipment, while the vendor is responsible for training materials and any additional instructors. The RFQ has a firm fixed-price contract type, with award to be made to the responsive, responsible vendor with the lowest price that meets the requirements. Proposals are due by April 22, 2024, and the training is scheduled for May 15-16, 2024.
