Combined Synopsis Solicitation

W912LP-17-R-0008

“Highway Drug Investigations for Patrol” Course 6 July 2017

Q3. In the original solicitation, REP ATCH 2 Full-Text Provisions and Clauses, Addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-2, paragraph 2.2.2.1 states, “Two (2) qualified instructors are required for this course.”

In the Questions and Answers dated 28 June 2017, REP ATCH 2 Full-Text Provisions and Clauses, Addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-2, paragraph 2.2.2.1 , the number of required instructors was not specified. Please clarify the number of instructors that are required or if it is at the discretion of the contractor.

A3. The Question and Answer document dated 28 June 2017 corrected ATCH 2 of the original solicitation, which was erroneously copied from another course. To clarify, there is no requirement for a specific number of instructors for this course. The contractor should determine the appropriate number of instructors for the number of students identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), paragraph

5.1 (up to 42 per iteration).
