1. Q. Do you have any idea what the split would be between DB and DBB?

Government Response: The majority of the projects issued will be DBB, but it is hard to put a percentage on this as we do not know what projects will be funded in the future.

2. Q. Do you have to complete 0600 if you are already on ORCA?

Government Response: Yes, you do need to complete section 0600 plus ORCA

3. Q. What needs to be submitted for the bonding ability?

Government Response: Reference section 00110 paragraph 2.1.5.4. You should provide a letter from your bonding company listing your firms bonding capability. Read the paragraph carefully, it is also looking for letters of reference from your bank to indicate your credit worthiness.

4. Q. What is the difference between Exhibit A Part 1 and Part 2?

Government Response: Exhibit A part 1 is used to provide information on individual projects that the offeror is utilizing to demonstrate relevant past performance information. Part 2 is used to provide information on the company’s overall past performance history and is not project specific.

Government Response: If they are CCASS reports, they can be submitted in lieu of the questionnaire.

Government Response: No. However, the clauses contained within the contract hold the contractor responsible for their (Design-Build Team) design errors.

10. Q. Can you categorize the types and number of projects projected for each location?

Government Response: Most of the projects will be under $1M, no MILCON projects are anticipated at Sioux City, Des Moines or Fort Dodge Air Bases within the next 12 months. However, I would estimate that annually we will do 5-10 projects at the Des Moines and Sioux City Air bases (5-10 projects per location) , and less than 5 projects at the Fort Dodge location. This is only an estimate there is no way to project the future.

11. Q. If awarded a MATOC, will I always be considered for a task order?
