- 2 5/16 Hitch o Sleeve/Collar Coupler o Heavy Duty Chains o Safety Brake Cable

- Heavy Duty Jack o Expandable/Drop Foot with wide foot/base o Vertical Handle Crank Motion

- Tandem Axle o 5000lb minimum

- Vinyl Install Vendor to provide detailed layout specifications/measurements in order to allow the IANG RRB Design & Production NCO to complete the final design for each trailer.

o Vendor will use the provided basic designs as an understanding of the concept, however, will not use the basic designs provided as an approved final design o Vendor will provide finalized proof design for each trailer that will be required to be reviewed and approved by the IANG RRB Marketing NCO prior to printing and installation of vinyl graphics. zachary.j.brooks3.mil@army.mil

- IANG Design & Production NCO will be responsible for completing the finalized designs and providing layered photoshop files to the vendor.

MATERIAL FURNISHED: Contractor to receive 1 Photoshop and PDF files to be emailed after award.

Resize as needed to fit imprint area. No additional cost will be allowed for this. See attached photos

NOTE: If changes are made to the files furnished, during the proofing stage, at the agency’s request, or per the specifications, the contractor must create a revised CD with all changes incorporated therein for return to the agency after completion of the order.

Prior to image processing, the contractor is responsible for performing a basic check of the furnished publishing files to assure accurate output of the required reproduction image. Any errors, media damage or data corruption that might interfere with proper file imaging must be reported to the contract administrator in sufficient time to comply with the shipping schedule. In addition, the contactor is responsible for creating or altering any necessary trapping, setting proper screen angles and screen frequency, and defining file output selection for the imaging devise being utilized. All furnished files must be imaged as necessary to meet assigned quality level.

PROOFS: Email a PDF proof showing type & logo and a superimposed image that will be used in production. Proofs will not be held not more than 2 workdays from receipt in agency until contractor is notified of an “OK to move to production”.

DISTRIBUTION: Notification of shipment: Immediately after the order has been shipped, the contractor MUST furnish shipping information to the Agency. Include the order title, date of shipment, quantity (copies, # of cartons, etc.) and tracking information for deliveries.
