Questions answered

· Do you require installation of the mezzanines, or are these only a drop shipment?

No installation is required.

· For the capacity, are you saying you require 5,000 pounds for the entire mezzanine? The are normally rated at a X pounds per square foot.

For a 12X24 mezzanine with an approximate live weight of 10,000Lbs it comes out to 34.7. Typical industrial weight is 125lbs per sq ft. I think that we should go with the 125lsb per sq ft.

· What do you plan to store on the mezzanine? Is it just pallets or will there be cabinets/shelving/etc to store small parts in as well?

There will be storage cabinets with tools and parts. There will be the potential for crates, pallets and tire assemblies.

· What is the maximum load for a pallet being stored on the mezzanine? We need this to determine the point load of a pallet jack on the mezzanine floor.

I would say 1,500 to 2,000lbs for a MAXIMUM load on a pallet.
