1. Who is the current vendor ? How long have they held the contract ?

Response: Pirogues Catering, Contract Number W912LM‐15‐D‐0001 ‐ Awarded on 08/04/2015 ‐ Present.

2. What is the Current contract actual Meal Rates for Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner

Response: $8.10 for breakfast, $8.10 for lunch and $8.10 for dinner.

3. Catering ‐ Non SIK ; What was the revenue from Oct 2018 thru Sept 2019 or by Calendar year for 2018 and Jan thru Sept of 2019

Response: Information not provided.

4. Staffing , In order to project incurred benefits under the SCA , please provide employee information by Job Class ‐ Each current employee by Job Class ,Original Hire date and part time or FT

Response: Information not provided.

5. Historical Data on Technical Exhibit 5 ( page # 34) You are showing three (3 ) categories ‐ SIK ‐‐ CIV ‐ Cash ; We understand the SIK are members on a meal card and will be paid for by the CLINS .

Who are the CIV ?

Response: CIV are those that send CDF requests to the contractor such as DOT, State Patrol, DNR other groups that want to eat at the CDF while at Camp Ripley, CIV/CASH are in the NON‐SIK Category. Correct SIK are members on a meal card and are paid for by the CLINS.

6. Historical ‐ On Exhibit 5 ‐ can you provide the same information past 3 years of the current contract.

Response: Last year's historical data is provided as exhibit 5. The last 3 years will not be provided.

7. 5.0 Requirements ( page 13 )The contractor has the ability to set a fair and reasonable price for Non SIK diners that differs from the Government's SIK rate. The price determined for Non SIK meals shall not be less than the Government SIK rate determined within the contract What are the Current Meal prices for Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner ?

Response: $8.10 for breakfast, $8.10 for lunch and $8.10 for dinner.

8. Are Cash Customers currently allowed to Purchase Ala Carte , individual items ?

Response: NO

9. Holiday Schedule ‐ Please Provide the list of Holidays

Response: This is outlined within the PWS. If no SIK diners are projected to be on station for certain holidays, the dining facility may be closed.

10. Is the Dining Facilities Closed during any scheduled Holidays ?

Response: Same as question number 9.

11.Field Feeding ‐ Between Oct 2018 and Sept 2019 ‐; How many Meals were served under this category

Response: PWS 5.4.1 No field feeding will be required of the contractor. The contractor will provide bulk food products for group field feeding as required which was approximately 13,061.

12. CLINS Proposed Pricing ‐ Requesting to confirm that the contract meal rates will be adjusted based on each years New Wage determination as it effects hourly rate and benefits.

Response: The proper pricing structure is that wage inflation is recalculated each year and the contract is modded at that time to reflect the wage changes.

The base quote should not include adjustments for possible increases in SCA pricing. The rate of adjustment will be based on labor, labor classifications, and demonstrated increase or decrease in those wage rates in changing SCA wage determinations.

13. There is no section L to outline the submission requirements?

Response: Submission requirements are listed on page 3, pages 56‐61 of the solicitation.

14. Please provide a copy of the attendees who attended the site visit on 20th of November
