1. An overview of the entire solicitation package was briefed with particular attention given to the building layout, evaluation factors (a comparative evaluation), the encouragement to quote options, and deadlines. Additionally, the following points were clarified:

- Currently, the base utilizes Vidmar cabinets. If not quoting Vidmar items, include 6 EA of cabinet B (an increase of 4 EA). The comparison between quote will control for these costs at a quantity of 2EA as to give all solutions equal consideration.

- Cabinet M must be able to support an additional 500lbs of items stored on top of cabinet.

- All cabinets must be heavy duty steel or aluminum and utilize 250lb slides (ballbearing, full-extension). Will be used to store tools and machine parts.

- Bottoms of cabinets must be enclosed as to allow no damage to bottom draws when moved and prevent items from rolling under cabinets.

- Quote R cabinets as options. These cabinets will be filled with bench stock items and require customized dividers. All three cabinets can be identical, however will require unique drawer heights (drawer height cannot be uniform, each cabinet requires a series of larger and smaller drawers to store items of varied sizes). Two of the cabinets will need to be keyed alike with the other uniquely keyed. Preference for a mechanism to lock additional drawers from opening if one drawer is open.

- Dock 5, 6, and 3 can all be quoted at 120” if convenient for vendor.

- Workstations support either one or multiple comptuers. If vendor is posing an alternative way to support the monitors and computer chassis, this will be entertained.

- Cabinets will be keyed individually unless indicated otherwise.

- Workstations should have metal backstops to prevent items from rolling off the backside of the workstation.

- Cabinet K can be offered as a 55”h x 36”w x 27.75”d cabinet with right side workstation w/ drawer.
