Statement of Work (SOW)-Title

Purpose Statement / Objective – The Colorado Army National Guard 8th Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team (CST) require a breathing air compressor and fill station to fill SCBA bottles for emergency hazmat response.

Scope of Work – The contractor shall provide and install breathing air compressor and fill station. Provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, initial user level operation and maintenance training.

Minimum Specs Required): Brand Name or Equal to: Bauer Unicus 4S-6000 PSIG 4/13-E3 Compressor System

1) Compressor and fill station must be an all-in-one sound dampening system.

2) Breathing air compressor size not to exceed overall dimensions of L101” x W38” x H80”

3) Must have 6000 psig working pressure, a minimum charging rate of 13.0 CFM, and minimum (revised) 10HP.

4) Must have CO and H2S monitoring system with audible alarm, and air purification system.

5) Must have a forward hinged 3-position containment fill station.

6) Must have a touchscreen color display.

7) Must have 100’ high pressure enclosed hose reel.

8) Must have emergency stop push button and automatic stop/start control.

9) Must include two ASME 6000 psi cylinders with valve and capability to add two additional cylinders.

10) Noise shall not exceed 72 DB at one meter

11) Must meet the following electrical requirements

a. 208 three phase electric

b. 65 amps

12) Must be able to support unscheduled warranty maintenance within 24-48 hours after notification of service.

a. Must include factory warranty consisting of at least the following.

i. Manufactured compressors, compressor systems and accessory equipment are warrantied for twenty-four (24) months minimum from date of equipment installation and acceptance.

13) Must include installation. All installation and cleanup activities and end user training must be completed within one 40-hour work week Tuesday-Friday between 0700-1700 hours.

14) Pricing must include freight and shipping.

15) Must include, at a minimum, 1-day user level operation and maintenance training.

Special Requirements/Conditions (If Needed): There are no specific special requirement or conditions to be considered.

Acceptance: Vendor must demonstrate equipment performs up to manufacturer specifications, meets unit requirements of an all-in-one breathing air compressor and fill station and performance objectives listed above.

Payment–Payment terms and schedule etc.

• Vendor/Contractor must Invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)

• Vendor must be registered in WAWF in order to submit an invoice
