About this file
This document is a Justification for a Limited/Sole Source Federal Contract Opportunity. The Department of the Army Colorado Army National Guard (COSNG) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Novair for a MOGS 20 Mobile Oxygen System as a life cycle replacement item for high altitude aircraft oxygen systems/supplies. The requirement is for a system that can provide oxygen for crew members operating above 14,000 feet MSL, with limited time allowed above 10,000 and 12,000 feet. The existing compressor is unserviceable and has exceeded its service life. The MOGS 20 system from Novair is determined to be the only source that can meet the government's unique requirements. The estimated contract value is under $50,000. The contract was awarded to an unknown vendor on July 2, 2024.
