LASER ENGRAVING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Equal system requirements:

Laser marking controlling including:

1064nm wavelength pulsed Ytterbium fiber laser source. Pulsed Ytterbium fiber lasers boast at least five time faster life sources (50,000-100,000 hours) of DPSSL Nd: YAG or Nd: YVO4 laser (10,000 hours maximum) to a 18-20 Watt continuous wave Nd: YAG or Nd: YVO4.

NEMA enclosure for adverse/industrial environments. Operating lights, emergency stop. Built in inputs and outputs for remote control of system.

Portability:

· The controller and marking head together fit easily into a single case, and together weigh approximately 60lb – can be lifted and carried by one person; can be mounted on a cart so the system can be moved with ease to various locations.

Laser Marking Head including

· High speed galvanometer beam control

· 160mm F-theta focusing lens for a 100mm x 100mm marking area

· Lightweight design and easy mounting features enables marking in any orientation

· 3 meters of cabling from the controller Marking Software

· Windows based software with extremely easy operator interface

· Including drag and drop features for text, graphics, barcodes, circles, and lines

· The software also controls a redo diode tracing feature

· Displays an outline box for graphics and true trace for text enabling precise part alignment

· The software allows files to be saved with all marking parameters. Easily indexed.

· The appearance and speed of the mark is controlled through the software

· Intuitive power, speed and pulse frequency adjustments

· Automatic help dialog box explains every option

· The software uses the Windows font folder to text objects – marks any true-type font

· Full serialization, includes placeholders and fixed data prefix/suffix. Standard for all text and barcode/data matrix/UID objects.

Automated Class I Enclosure

· 20”x29”x35”

· Automated Z-Axis-20” + travel

· Large marking table with ¼”x 20 tapped holes for fixturing

· Sliding double interlocked door (allows better operator access)

· Manual up and down toggles

· Triangulating diode-allows the operator to bring the part to the correct focal length
