The 131st Rescue Squadron (131 RQS) has a requirement for commercial physical reconditioning, rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning services. These services, referred to as Human Performance Optimization (HPO), must be provided by certified and knowledgeable professionals with experience in developing individualized physical conditioning and rehabilitation routines for law enforcement, military, and/or athletic (collegiate, semi-professional, or professional) personnel.

Tactical Fitness and Performance is the current HPO provider for the 131 RQS under contract # W912LA-15-P-7020 which expires on 30 June 2016.
