Updated Questions and Answers: W912L724Q1605

Question: Can you provide specifications for the individual shelves and backplate?

Answer: At a minimum the workbench shall come with a top shelf with the dimensions of 68” – 72” x 14” – 18” or dimensions that are proportionate to the size of the workbench. The backplate dimensions are 68” – 72” x 16” – 20” or dimensions that are proportionate to the size of the workbench.

Question: With regards to the required “standing capable” feature, will an adjustable work surface of 30” – 36” high be sufficient to meet this requirement?

Answer: An adjustable workbench is acceptable, however, it must be capable of adjusting up to a minimum approximate height of 45”.

Question: What type of material is acceptable for the backplate?

Answer: Comparable material to the rest of the frame of the workbench, so as to present a professional, neat, and functional workspace.

Question: Does the table have to be height adjustable or is it a fix type between 30” and 45”?

Answer: Does NOT need to be adjustable height. If fixed height, then work surface needs to be at standing height, which a variance between 44”-46” should be standard for standing work surfaces. If quoted product is adjustable, then I would assume it would go from a standard sitting position (approx. 34”) to a standing height of at least 44”. Fixed or adjustable is negligible from our standpoint, main consideration is functionality within parameters stated.

Question: Confirm minimum dimensions for the workspace.

Answer: MINIMUM dimensions for the workspace is 6’ x 2’. Offered items may exceed those dimensions.
