Question #1: Are there any specific labs and exams requested aside from the actual physical?”

Answer #1: Your attention is invited to sections of Attachment 03 Performance Work Statement, such as Section 5.1 Testing Requirements, Section 5.4 Test Panels, and Section 5.11 Audiograms. Delaware Army National Guard civilian employees will require different examination and testing surveillance respective to their occupational specialties. Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation—Commercial Services on page 11 of the RFQ provides pricing instructions for these various requirements.

Question #2: Please clarify onsite versus mobile services. Will Delaware Army National Guard provide a suitable room at the on-site locations for audiogram testing? What other office space will DE ARNG provide? Do we need to conduct tests or exams in a mobile vehicle, or can we provide services in Government spaces?

Answer #2: Contractor shall provide audiometric hearing booth, calibrated, in its mobile vehicle. Upon Contractor request and with advance notice, Government may make available an office or an area within a large room for the physical component of the exam. In event Contractor needs to provide examinations in Government spaces, Contractor is to provide sufficient privacy screens to afford the needed privacy.

Question #3: Do the three or four site visits need to be on consecutive days? Or can they be on any days during the 15 May – 31 Aug 2024 period of performance?

Answer #3: Contractor will coordinate with Delaware Army National Guard Contracting Officer’s Representative on days, dates, and times to provide onsite service. They do not need to be on consecutive days. Available days are generally Monday – Thursday (no Fridays or Holidays, although Tuesday through Thursday best suits CLIN 0001 Army Aviation Support Facility (with some availability on selected Fridays). Hours for CLINs 0001 through 0004 are generally 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Question #4: Please indicate approximate number of required respiratory fit tests required at the four locations. This would help us estimate how much time or additional time we need to be onsite at each site.
