Description: The Wyoming Army National Guard intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) with the small business, Relevant Advanced Team

Training, LLC., for: “Maritime HAZMAT Training,” and the requirement is assigned a NAICS code of 611519, with a size standard of $18.5.

The proprietary requirement is allowed for the following reason(s):

A. The potential for risk in the Virgin Islands provides a realistic training environment that has various layers of risk in setup and execution training. The risk is high due to waterborne modes of travel, hazardous materials in and around buildings and/or vessels that are not fit for occupation, and proper personal protective measures in a humid, and hot environment.
