| If needed continue on a separate piece of paper: Renewing I7 Media contract to oversee TMD public website branding |
| If needed continue on a separate piece of paper_2: Renewing the contract with I7 Media will allow the company to make updates to design elements of the TMD public-facing website and add new features on an ongoing basis |

(ii) Supplies may be deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of a follow-on contract for the continued development or production of a major system or highly specialized equipment, including major components thereof, when it is likely that award to any other source would result in --
(A) Substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition
| If needed continue on a separate piece of paper_4: I7 Media built the TMD website and is the only viable service provider to maintain branding services without disruption of service. | |
| If needed continue on a separate piece of paper_5: I7 Media is currently providing this service to TMD, and awarding the contract to another vendor would likely create duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. | |
| If needed continue on a separate piece of paper_6: Extensive online and in-person research was conducted when I7 Media was initially retained in 2015 to find the right solution for the TMD website. During the previous periods of performance I7 Media performed the service in a satisfactory manner. While other vendors could provide this service, I7 Media is the original designer of the website and changing vendors could create a disruption in service. | |
| If needed continue on a separate piece of paper_7: Services will continue to be evaluated to see if additional vendors develop suitable products for future needs. | |
| If needed continue on a separate piece of paper_8: Without I7 Media, the TMD public-facing website cannot receive critical upgrades or new features and functions | |
