1. Should the proposal include only a quote, or is a technical volume required as well?
Quote only. Government would like to see cage code, EUI number from Sam.gov registration within the quote as stated on the RFQ combined synopsis.
2. What specific level or type of military experience is required?
Understanding of Army Writing – Memorandums, White papers, etc.
Instructor must show previous experience teaching Army Writing course.
Government will accept resume and/or previous work done.
3. Are there any page limits, font sizes, or file format requirements (e.g., PDF, Word)?
No page limit.
4. What specific aspects of AR 25-50 require the most emphasis in the Army Writing Course?
Formatting, tense, writing style, different types of documents.

5. Could you kindly confirm if there are any additional requirements or specific templates for proposal submissions?
All required information is listed on the combined synopsis and Statement of Work (SoW). Make sure you follow the “CLINs Structure for Proposal” for your quote.
