Q2. Are all rooms typically needed on Fridays and Saturdays?
A:Typically, yes but sometimes Thursday-Saturday depending on how far the soldier has to drive to drill
Q3. Will all rooms be used on a single weekend? Or maybe specific weekends per month.
A:Drill weekends are normally the first weekend of the month but not always, holidays etc.
Q4.How many singles and how many doubles per night?
A:Depends on number of soldiers attending training for that weekend
Q5.Does this BPA include longer stays for annual training?
A:That depends on what and where the unit has planned for AT

A:Once a vendor is chosen, they will be given a upcoming drill schedule
Q7.Do you anticipate awarding multiple BPAs, or are you seeking a single contractor for multiple locations?
A:Possible, It depends on how many qualified vendors quotes are received
Q8.How far in advance will we receive the rooming list when rooms are needed?
Are you requesting max pricing per year and then we will submit actual pricing when we are working on each task order?
A:Allowable govt rate
Q9.Could you please provide the full street address (including zip code, city, and state) for the armory?
A:2722 SW Topeka Blvd Topeka KS 66611
Q10.Is complimentary parking required? We did not see this addressed in the SOW.
A: I would say it depends on the location of the hotel and proximity to available parking, if it is something the standard room includes at no charge then yes
Q11.My question is what is the window of time KSNG will give the contractor when requesting rooms?
A:30 days
Q12.For cancellation or increases you will notify the contractor within 3 days of service.

A:Yes
Q14. Historical data from previous BPA?
A: This is a new requirement/new award
Q15.Given that most hotels are only willing to commit to rates one to two years in advance, would it be acceptable to leave the remaining option years on the pricing sheet blank, or mark them as 'To Be Determined'?
A:This is up to the vendor submitting a proposal
Q16.Would it be possible for each guest to provide their own credit card at check-in to cover any potential incidentals? If that's not possible, could you please clarify how incidents will be covered?
A:No, if any incidentals are incurred notify the unit POC immediately and procedures/steps will be taken to cover those at that point
Q17.Will invoices be processed through the WAWF system?
A:Yes
Q18.Does access to rooms need to be from the interior of the hotel or can we submit hotels with exterior room entrances?
A:I don’t see that stated in the PWS so I would say No
