About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation W912JB-25-Q-A039 for Joint All Domain Air/Ground Systems (JADAGS) Subject Matter Expert and Training services issued by the Michigan Army National Guard. The Q&As provide clarifications on quote formatting requirements, including acceptable 12-point Times New Roman font (10-point allowed for tables/figures), instructions for price quote submissions in MS Excel format, and confirmation that quote summaries can be included in cover letters.

Key clarifications address pricing-related items, including that there is no preferred government pricing template, requirements for Excel workbooks to include all formulas and calculations, and confirmation that 36 systems will need support in FY24 with similar or higher numbers expected in FY25. The document also clarifies that specific labor categories are not provided due to the technical nature of the work, but refers to PWS paragraphs 5.2.3.1-10 for systems that SMEs must be able to train on. Travel requirements are referenced in Paragraph 1.4.12 and Technical Exhibit 3 based on historical numbers.
