Q10. What was the last award amount?

Q11: We would like approval to use the following herbicide TruPowe3 [TruPower®3]. We believe that it is on the approval list, but the concentration is off 1%.

A11. TruPower®3 would be acceptable herbicide.

Q12. CLIN# 0003 require a report of hours in the CMRA. I have registered; however, the system is telling me that I may not get approval for up to 72 hrs. What would you like to do about this?

A12. It isn’t important at this time. It pertains to a task required by the vendor to make one entry once by the end of October to http://www.ecmra.mil/ to report all contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract. You would be registered by then to make an entry.

Q13. In reviewing the documents to determine what is needed to submit our bid, I am not seeing typical documents that we normally have filled out in the past for bidding. Specifically, I am not seeing any documents that would require us to submit our company name, DUNs #, tax id, address, etc. We already are on the SAM website so we are current on that. The only thing I am seeing as being required to submit is the Proposal Pricing Table, a request for the company certification and license #. Is there a form that is missing on the solicitation that would be asking for more info?

A13: Please refer to the Combined Synopsis Solicitation and FAR clause 52.212-1 provided by reference. Bids submission should also be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
