This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a federal contract opportunity solicitation W912JA-25-Q-16DB for Laundry Trailers at Ft. McClellan, Alabama. The Alabama Army National Guard requires two laundry trailers to serve 160-200 personnel from 12 June through 1 August 2025, with an expected average of 50 laundry loads per day. Each trailer must have a minimum of eight large-capacity washers and dryers (7-8 cubic feet), with one trailer placed on asphalt and one on grass, covering approximately 0.25 acres near buildings 1431 and 1464.

The government will provide essential utilities including water spigots, 1500KW generators, power, and 4" sewer drain openings for greywater disposal. The trailers will be self-service, with the vendor responsible for initial setup and mobilization/demobilization (one week each). No additional services like detergent, cleaning, or fluff and fold are required. The anticipated award date is between 4-6 June 2025, and site access will require escorting for personnel without background checks. Containerized laundry units are also acceptable as an alternative to trailers. There is no incumbent for this temporary, non-recurring requirement.
