CST County Exercises Dated 5 April 2024 FINAL

1. SAM.gov has a note saying “Please Request Role: This opportunity has controlled attachments. You need a role to access them.” It is unclear what role (ie administrator, data entry, viewer) is required to access the controlled attachments, and the solicitation makes no reference to other documents. Are there actually controlled attachments or is everything contained in the W912J624R0004 SOLCITATION.pdf file?

There are no other attachments and everything that is needed to provide a proposal is already in the W912J624R0004 SOLCITATION.pdf file. Amendment in SAM.gov posted to incorporate changes and Q&A

2. Submission of quotes will be received through upload to Contracting Opportunities website at www.sam.gov. In the event of issues with the SAM website, please contact the contract specialist or contracting officer. Quotes may be submitted via other transmission methods such as e-mail, standard mail, or drop off only after acknowledgement by either the contract specialist or contracting officer There is no upload quote function on the SAM.gov listing for this opportunity. Can we have permission to send our completed SF-1449 and proposal response to you via email?

Yes!! please send your completed SF 1449 and any other supporting documentation to me directly via e-mail clesson.k.paet.civ@army.mil

3. Do you intend to provide a tax exempt certificate?

We will not be providing a TAX exempt certificate. Although the federal govt is tax exempt.

4. Must the cabinets be delivered assembled or can they be delivered unassembled?

We prefer the cabinets be delivered assembled

6. There is no line item for installation services. Is this to be drop shipped at customers location for their receiving and acceptance? Is there a loading dock and will there be a forklift for acceptance?

There is no requirement for installation services. This can be dropped shipped to the address listed on the solicitation. The address is our warehouse who have adequate resources to ie forklift to accept larger shipments.

7. There is no line item for shipping/freight. Do we add own own line for this?

You can add your own line or include the shipping cost as part of an existing line item.

8. what date does the delivery need to be made?

The solicitation specifies within 60 days after date of the contract award

9. we would like to confirm whether you would like the cabinets to be shipped assembled or unassembled.

we ask that the cabinets be shipped to our Hawaii location assembled

10. There is also an option to add cabinet dollies for easier movement and cleaning. Do you want this option as well?

No dollies are required

11. what quantity you want to be delivered per shipment.

We also would like the lot shipped at one time. CLIN0001 has 12 each and CLIN0002 is 18 each. Details are on the solicitation

12. If I can’t find on GSA pricing are you OK with open market?

Yes we are OK with open market pricing.

13. Say delivery required but I don’t see install required. Are you open to dropship of the products? That would make you responsible to receive products and carry into locations where they will be located and removal of trash too

To answer the questions though, yes, I did not request installation and ok with dropship but I was also thinking the cabinets were assembled already

14. Does the receiving location have a dock…I.e. can they receive the shipment on pallets?

The receiving area is a dedicated warehouse and can receive the shipment on pallets

15. It was stated in the previous Q&A that your preference is that the cabinets arrive assembled. Since the standard shipment of the cabinets is unassembled, it would add a significant cost for us to assemble them and re-ship them assembled. Is your preference for us to provide a price shipping them assembled, or to provide the lower price of shipping them unassembled?

Please provide a price to ship them assembled

16. To complete the pricing for the proposal, I do need to know the complete shipping address on where the cabinets are to be delivered. Also, will the cabinets need to be pre-assembled prior to delivery?

The complete address is 91-1179 Enterprise Ave BLDG 117 Kapolei Hawaii 96707

Cabinets will need to be delivered assembled.

17. I am working on contract W912J624R0004 Medical Cabinets. I have found the QTY 12 16 gauge cabinets with bins however I am having an issue locating the QTY 18 steel cabinets in 16 gauge material. The cabinet I have located is an Industrial Storage with correct sizing, matching colors to the QTY 12 cabinets, and weight capacity per shelf. The only thing different is the gauge is lower.

Please let me know if the gauging is acceptable for the 36x24x72 Grey Cabinet.

Yes the gauge of 20 and 22 is acceptable
