ANSWERS FOR SOLICITATION: W912J6-19-Q-0047

1. Would a high cube (9’6”) be preferred or a standard height of 8’6”?

Answer: High cube, 9’6”.

2. Is there a particular coating you want for the floor?

Answer: Epoxy paint.

3. May the silicone roof coating be applied by the contractor independently or must it come manufactured with the coating already applied?

Answer: Independently applied is fine.

4. Is the contractor responsible for supplying the forklift or crane for unloading and placement purposes and for loading the old containers to haul away?

Answer: Yes, we do not have a forklift onsite that can handle a 40’ container. Moreover, there is only 1 x 40’ container that needs to be removed. The old 20’ container on the map has already been disposed of.

5. Will a crane be required because of space constraints?

Answer: A crane would be easier, but a forklift will do. Please see attached map.

6. Regarding the placement of the containers, is there at least 100' x 10' of clearance on each fence line for our trailer to reverse into position, slide the container off the bed and pull straight out and away?

Answer: Only on one side, please see attached map. The old 40’ container is marked and has a red roof. There is a fixed concrete hazmat shed that would prevent the truck from pulling straight out. Please note that all vehicles can be moved, allowing for a vehicle to pull straight out where the old 20’ container use to be.

7. Do you have a proposed or needed delivery date?

Answer: The delivery date is 90 days ADC.
