Questions and Answers: W912J6-15-T-0001 Electrical Materials

1) (Q): Line 39 on the spreadsheet specifies 9 yards of concrete. Are there additional instructions on delivery of concrete?

1) (A): specifics for the concrete are as follows, 3/4" aggregate @ 3000 psi. Also, I noticed the solicitation was for 9 cubic yards, however, we have increased the requirement for this concrete to 13 yards.

2) (Q): Please verify with the customer what “put-ups” do they want for the cable lines below (lengths per reel)? Also, can you verify the primary voltage for the 1200A switchboard and reply with the drawing that is referenced at the line detail?

3) (Q): We need to know the finish for the two strut items. Green and galvanized are the standard choices.

3) (A): Galvanized.

4) (Q): Do you have a shop drawing for the Switchboard? We can not locate it on the soliciatation?

Are the requested dates of February 5 and 6 weeks on the switchboard firm? Those dates would require air freight?

4) (A): Sorry, we do not have shop drawings for the switchboard; the panel should be rated at 600V 120/208V 3Phase. The bussing should be rated 1200A with a 1200A Main Breaker. The other breakers should be incorporated into this panel, ie the 150A and the 100A breakers as we requested.

Yes, the requested dates of February 5 and 6 weeks on the switchboard is firm. Please include pricing for required air freight and cost to expedite.
