Questions #1

Where is the performance location for personnel to be located?

According to the PWS, three (3) physical locations; one (1) position will be in Las Cruces, NM and the other three (3) positions will be in either Albuquerque or Santa Fe, NM, respectively.

Question #2

We would like to know if this is a brand‐new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.

The previous contract number was W912J3‐21‐F‐0008

Question #3

Does this contract require a DD‐254 (SECRET CLEARANCE)?

No

Question #4

Do you want resumes at the time of proposal submission?

Yes

Question #5 The physical locations are in Las Cruces and Albuquerque or Santa Fe; however, is there a specific building or office these personnel will work out of? Given the contractor‐provided equipment requirements, it appears that these positions will either work remotely or from the contractor's facilities. Can you confirm?

The Contractors will work out of the following location(s):

Santa Fe, NM‐ 47 Bataan Blvd., Santa Fe, NM 87508

Albuquerque, NM‐ 600 Wyoming Blvd. NE Albuquerque, NM 87123

Las Cruces, NM‐ 755 South Telshor Blvd. Las Cruces, NM 88011

Question #6 The Government released questions and answers on the subject solicitation today which substantially change the RFP. Specifically, it was asked if resumes are required, and a positive answer was given. With resumes now required, an evaluation factor that is not in the RFP, it creates an unfair advantage to all companies except the incumbent. Will the Government issue an amendment to the solicitation? Additionally, will the Government consider a two-week extension to the submission deadline to allow companies to meet this new requirement?

The resumes are required to determine the technical acceptability of the packet. The resumes will not be used as an evaluation factor. The government will not extend the solicitation at this time.
