The work involved in this project is for one primary office location with an option in another location for display monitoring with the scope of the installation in a minimum of a 50 mile radius circumference for detection.
PURPOSE: To detect lightning that occurs in a two tier notification system. A Lightning Watch is in effect 30 minutes prior to lightning with or without associated thunderstorms being within a 5 nautical mile radius of pre-determined location. During a Lightning Watch, operations or activities may continue, however, personnel must be prepared to implement Lightning Warning procedures without delay. A Lightning Warning is in effect when lightning occurs within a 5 NM radius of the pre-determined location. Personnel in affected location shall cease all outside activity and seek shelter.

Auto alarm triggering with the ability to set range at different distance. System shall be able to perform an automatic self-test of the complete system, including any sensor that is attached, and be able to test its communication link to the receiver. Work is to be performed at the 128 Air Refueling Wing, located at the General Mitchell International Airport, Milwaukee, WI 53207- 6151. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring proper documentation is received for personnel and vehicle passes in time to avoid any delay in project start of performance.
Every piece of equipment used on this installation operates on one of two distinct networks/systems, drawing attached. For the sake of this SOW, we label them as “blue” and “red” equipment. Blue and red equipment must never be connected in any way, and must follow specific separation/offset rules, to ensure they stay isolated from one another. Government personnel will be providing constant escort while contractor is within restricted areas, and will help ensure appropriate separation is achieved in accordance with AMCI 13-50-S TEMPEST regulations.
Primary Bid- Building 522 – Command Post Rm 23 This room currently has five wall-mounted televisions, connected to multiple computers.

Room has a drop ceiling and walls are constructed of drywall over metal studs. Contractor to provide and install one system monitor/display along with receivers, video cards as required and all associated mounting brackets and wiring. Contractor shall verify/identify available power is sufficient to support proposed equipment install and location.
