Contractor shall comply with Base Design Guide. Where discrepancies exist, contractor shall submit an RFI to the COR for resolution at no cost to the Government.

The contractor will submit the product data sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to the government for approval a minimum of 2-weeks prior to starting work.

Under no circumstances will asbestos and/or lead containing materials be installed on Truax Field unless expressly consented to in writing by the Contracting Officer’s Representative.

Contractor shall submit either a Form 3052 (or similar product):

a. The purpose of this form is to provide a standard format by which the offeror submits to the Government a summary of incurred and estimated costs (and attached supporting information) suitable for detailed review and analysis.

b. In addition to the specific information required by this form, the offeror is expected, in good faith, to incorporate in and submit with this form any additional data, supporting schedules, or substantiation which are reasonably required for the conduct of an appropriate review and analysis in the light of the specific facts of this procurement.

c. When attachment of supporting cost or pricing data to this form is impracticable, the data will be described (with schedules as appropriate), and made available to the contracting officer or his authorized representative upon request.

For

In an effort to preserve our environment for future generations, the 115 FW is instituting a revised portion of the EPA’s Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines.

Below is a list of items that the 115 CES has determined can be reasonably incorporated into projects. The Base Design Guide which specifies certain materials/finishes overrides the below list. However, the CPG below shall be instituted to the greatest extent possible unless use of said materials is not advantageous to the Government in terms of cost. If contractor is claiming this exclusion, a cost analysis must be provided to the Government during construction.

Materials listed below when found in said project will be submitted to the Government to ensure the CPG are being followed. Submittal will include Post Consumer Recovered Content as well as Total Recycled Content for each material encountered.
