About this file

This document is an Additional Information (FAQ's) file for the Jadwin Grounds Maintenance contract (W912HY26RA010). The FAQ addresses several key operational details, including chemical treatments, mosquito control methods, and site-specific maintenance requirements. Specific clarifications include approval for granular and liquid chemical applications for fertilizer, weed control, trees, shrubs, fire ants, and mosquito treatment, with flexibility in treatment methods such as manual or liquid aeration and potential alternative mosquito control techniques.

The document also provides important logistical guidance, specifying that fertilizer and weed treatments will only be applied to improved grass areas as indicated on a referenced map, and confirming that beach debris pickup over 100 pounds will not require a change order. Critically, the document states that on-site storage is not available for contractor equipment and materials, and the government will not be liable for any equipment or materials left on the site. A note indicates that maps should be attached, though the actual maps are not present in this document.
