About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for expendable prime power materials required by Alpha Company, 249th Engineer Battalion to support Prepare to Deploy Order (PTDO) execution following equipment return from a deployment to the Island of Tinian. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Mission Support Battalion is conducting this procurement as a Firm Fixed Price contract below the simplified acquisition threshold. The contracting effort targets vendors with NAICS code 423610 (Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers). This is a sources sought market survey for planning purposes only; no quotes are being requested or accepted at this stage, and no award will result from this announcement.
Interested vendors should submit capability packages—not binding quotes—that include organization name, location, CAGE Code, socioeconomic status, capability statements addressing the contract scope and complexity, and comments on the draft SOW. All submissions are to be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to reject any private sector input and is not obligated to notify respondents of survey results. The specific products and quantities are detailed in the attached SOW document, which outlines the electrical and power-related materials needed for post-deployment equipment reconstitution and operational readiness of the 249th Engineer Battalion.
