1. Does this mean you need 30 full time memberships and 30 one time visitor passes for visiting military personnel, and 30 one time visitor passes for military personnel stationed at the GAO, but do not utilize the gym enough to justify full time memberships?
Answer: We need 30 fulltime memberships. The onetime visitor passes are unlimited and will only be charged on usage per month. (Some months may have zero passes issued, while others may have dozens of passes issued. It’s unknown upfront.) Visitor passes allow flexibility for GAO based military and visiting military personnel to utilize the gym, but who don’t use the gym enough to justify a fulltime membership.
2. Will these membership be like a blanket memberships that can be interchanged between new military personnel ?
Answer: We must be able to transfer memberships to other personnel if the member isn’t utilizing the gym enough to justify a fulltime membership. That’s why the gym must have tracking capability and send us monthly reports to see who’s using the gym and how frequently. Again, if not used often enough, the membership will be transferred to another individual. (Members will be decided by the HECSA Safety Office – not the gym.)
3. Are we needing annual membership pricing or month to month or price for a 3-4 year membership?
Answer: This is an annual membership quote. Invoicing will be processed monthly based on the 30 fulltime memberships and whatever number of onetime visitor passes are issued during that month timeframe.
