About this file
This document outlines a performance work statement (PWS) for preventative maintenance, facility investment services, and related support at Marine Corps Reserve Centers and facilities nationwide. The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Charleston on behalf of Marine Forces Reserves.
The PWS details the services required, including preventative maintenance, repair work, inspection and certification of equipment, janitorial services, pest control, grounds maintenance, solid waste management, street sweeping, and snow removal at locations specified. It establishes requirements for management, safety programs, personnel, environmental protection, and warranty management. The solicitation utilizes a combination of firm-fixed-price and indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract types to acquire the services on both a scheduled and unscheduled basis.
