Question: The documents states that this is a 100% small business set aside. Does this mean that you must be registered with the Small Business Association and have less than 1,000 employees to bid this project?

Answer: To verify the small business requirement in your offer a SAM registration will be pulled and assessed based on the reps and certs within your company. Using the NAICS the government will validate this requirement.

Question: The line description is for the gal kit (which is two parts) but only specifies the single part E90G17. I'm assuming that the intention is just to have that part of the kit (E90G17) priced on that line and the V93 component on the second component?

Answer: The requirements are broken out into two components. 1 gallon of primer and 1 pint of catalyst = 1kit. These can be quoted on one line as a kit or separately.

Question: For the zinc rich primer being bid. If we want to submit an equivalent product from a different manufacturer, do we send in the supporting documents beforehand to you for evaluation/approval?

Answer: Please submit any supporting documents with quote.

Question: If our equivalent is a 2.5gal yield kit (not a 1g yield kit) is that OK?

Answer: Yes, as long as the total qty is the same.
