According to technical aspects of the project, the following questions arise:
1. Administration rooms do not have ventilation systems, so the ceilings and walls are moldy. Is it planned to install mechanical ventilation in these rooms, and in this case, where must be the ventilation device located, where an air intake and air removal openings from the outside to be located?
2. The facility is planning to replace the roof, but there is no place to drain the rainwater from the roof. Is it possible to channel rainwater into the city's rainwater collection networks? In this case, where is the nearest rainwater collection well, indicate its location and distance to it.
3. Since the building has a small basement and its outer wall is damaged by rainwater, is it planned to carry out waterproofing of the basement wall?
