Text version
The solicitation (Section 7. Submittal Requirements) states: “Use font type no smaller than size 8.5” by 11.””
Did the District intend to limit submittals to 11 pt font, as it has on other recent solicitations?
Yes. The font should be no smaller than size 11.
We have received Attachment 2 (Form PPQ- 0). However, the solicitation does not specify submittal instructions for PPQ forms. Shall PPQs be provided for each of the Section F projects, or can other past performance information replace a PPQ?
Per the Announcement, offerors may submit
Past performance of the A-E, joint venture, partners, and key subcontractors on DOD and other contracts with respect to cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules as determined from the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) and other sources.
Offerors are not required to submit PPQs, but if they wish to submit a PPQ (in lieu of PPIRS / CPARS) then the form has been provided.
CPARS evaluations, if available, are the preferred source of past performance information.
If PPQs are required for each project, shall they be submitted to the Government by the Offeror or by our past clients?
If a PPQ is to be submitted then it may be submitted either by the offeror or the client.
Is there specified date by which RFI are accepted for this solicitation?
Any questions are due 9 February 2016.
Additional Wording to be added:
Firms shall incorporate a statement acknowledging all amendments to this announcement in their proposal submissions. The statement may be incorporated into any cover letter, title page or in the SF 330.
