The magnitude of this requirement is between $25 thousand and $100 thousand. The applicable NAICS is 238220 with a small business standard of $16.5 million. to Air-conditioning replacement; one (1) roof top 7.5-ton condenser unit, A-Coil, and one

(1) self-contained roof top 5-ton air conditioning unit at Lock and Dam 2 in Hastings, MN 55033.This acquisition is full and open. The magnitude of this requirement is between $25 thousand and $100 thousand. The applicable NAICS is 238220..

SECTION 00 45 00 - REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

The following have been modified:

52.204-8 ANNUAL REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS (DEC 2022)

(a)(1) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238220.

(2) The small business size standard is N/A.

(3) The small business size standard for a concern that submits an offer, other than on a construction or service acquisition, but proposes to furnish an end item that it did not itself manufacture, process, or produce is 500 employees if the acquisition--

(i) Is set aside for small business and has a value above the simplified acquisition threshold;

(ii) Uses the HUBZone price evaluation preference regardless of dollar value, unless the offeror waives the price evaluation preference; or

(iii) Is an 8(a), HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, economically disadvantaged women-owned, or women-owned small business set-aside or sole-source award regardless of dollar value.

SECTION 00 70 00 - CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT

The following have been modified:

52.211-10 COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK (APR 1984) -

ALTERNATE I (APR 1984)

The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the award, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 08/15/2023. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises.

The completion date is based on the assumption that the successful offeror will receive the award by 06/15/2023.

The completion date will be extended by the number of calendar days after the above date that the Contractor receives the award.
