About this file
This document contains a capability statement template and announcement for the Kuwait Job Order Contract.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District is seeking capability statements from firms able to perform miscellaneous construction, renovation, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects throughout Kuwait. This will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity job order contract with a potential value between $25-100 million and a five year period of performance. Responses are due within 15 days and should address all questions in the attached capability statement template regarding firm information, experience, and ability to perform work in Kuwait, including obtaining necessary permits and insurance. The contract will utilize a unit price book and adjustment coefficients to establish task order pricing. No socioeconomic preferences or set asides will apply given the overseas work location.
Updated capability statement added question # 12.
