Just want to bring a couple of clauses to your attention that are in the solicitation you might want to take note of.
Systems for Award Management www.sam.gov Dynamic Small Business Search http://dsbs.sba.gov/dsbs/search/dsp_dsbs.cfm SB firms keep profile current w/bonding, past performance, and capabilities Prime contractors can use many filters to locate SDB, HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB specific firms and their location.
Contract Opportunities (FBO) www.beta.sam.gov SB firms register as an interested party for the solicitation
Looking for Opportunities in All the Right Places!
Be sure you have updated your reps and cert in SAM because the size standard is now $15mil. You want to be sure if you are now a SB based on the size standard it is has been updated and certified.
Dynamic Small Business Search is the number one tool used by agencies and prime contractors to locate SB firms.
I cannot emphasize enough to SB firms how critical it is to keep this current.
There is a help Icon on the Dynamic search that goes into more detail regarding filters.
LB primes take notice of the firms who have registered as an interested party and verify their status. Encourage firms that are not SAM registered to do so.
Update Update Update! I cannot emphasize this enough.
