Questions:
1. CLIN0001 - The specs for the 6x6x6 Custom Cages list 3'x6' Spray Shields, but no quantity is noted. Can you advise if the end user will want them for all four sides of each cage?
Also, the design of the panels include a 1" square vertical pipe:
If the shields are hung on the outside of the cage, one oversize shield can be used because the wire is flush with the pipe on the outside. However, if the shields will hang on the inside, a single shield would bow around the vertical pipe. In that case, the shields would be better split into two 3x3 section to hang flush against the wire. Can you advise how the shields will be used?
ANSWER:
The shields will be hung on the outside of the cages and will be used for containing spray during cleaning and to prevent animals from seeing each other when the cages are side by side.
Two 3x3 panes would be easier for the facility personnel to handle and this is acceptable (actually preferred) as long as the panels can be hung in such a manner as to leave no gaps between them when they are side by side on a six foot section of cage.
