This is a Technical Specifications document for a federal procurement solicitation (W912EF26QA069) issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for Dworshak Dam Turbine Guide Bearing Pumps. The contract requires delivery of eight three-screw positive displacement rotary pumps to Dworshak Dam in Ahsahka, Idaho by June 15, 2026, with delivery conducted only during normal business hours (Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays). The procurement is organized into four contract line items (CLINs): CLIN 0001 specifies three AC pumps for Units 1 & 2 with 9 gallons per minute flow rate; CLIN 0002 specifies two DC pumps for Units 1 & 2 with matching flow specifications; CLIN 0003 specifies two AC pumps for Unit 3 with 24 gallons per minute flow rate; and CLIN 0004 specifies one DC pump for Unit 3 with 24 gallons per minute flow rate. All pumps must feature 1.5" NPT inlets and 1" NPT outlets for Units 1 & 2, and 2" NPT inlets and 1.5" NPT outlets for Unit 3, operating at 75 PSI with 95°F Mobile DTE Heavy Medium ISO Grade 68 fluid.
All components must be new materials with no corrosion, from the same manufacturer, and C-faced with adapters for bolt-on assembly to existing Government motors. The contractor must supply jaw-style couplings (two per AC pump set for Units 1 & 2, and one per Unit 3 pump), adapters, and OSHA-approved coupling guards. All pumps are covered by a minimum one-year warranty on parts, labor, and workmanship with no delivery or shipment fees for warranty work. Pre-award submittals must include shop drawings and catalog cut sheets demonstrating compliance with stated qualifications. The Government will supply and couple all motors; the contractor is not responsible for motor provision. Delivery is FOB Dworshak Dam, with the contractor responsible for safe packing and shipping, and seven days advance notice required before shipment.
