About this file

This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Enid Lake Project sewer grinder pump station component replacement project. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District requires a contractor to remove existing components from 11 sewer grinder pump stations located in various public recreation areas at Enid Lake, Mississippi (264 County Road 39, Enid Lake, MS 38927), and install new, fully operational duplex grinder pump station components at each location. The work must be completed within 180 days from contract award.

Each of the 11 stations requires identical component specifications: removal and disposal of existing equipment, installation of one new 48-inch diameter by 72-inch depth fiberglass grinder pump basin with aluminum access lid, installation of two new 3-horsepower 230-volt single-phase grinder pumps with 1-inch discharge connections configured for duplex operation, installation of stainless steel discharge piping with necessary fittings, installation of one new duplex control panel (20 inches by 20 inches steel enclosure) with stand and controls, installation of a universal guide rail system, assembly of all components into an integrated system, performance of all electrical and mechanical connections, and full testing and commissioning of each station. Upon completion, all 11 stations must be fully installed, tested, and operational, with the contractor providing a two-year warranty. Delivery must occur between 0700 and 1630 hours Monday through Thursday (excluding federal holidays) with 48-hour advance notice to the Point of Contact, David Sparks (David.A.Sparks@usace.army.mil; 662-561-5441). All contract personnel must complete required security training within 30 days of award, comply with installation access control procedures and vetting requirements, complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification, and any non-U.S. citizens require prior government approval submitted to the Vicksburg District Security Officer. Invoices should be emailed to Amy McAdams (amy.r.mcadams@usace.army.mil) and Malcolm T. Pittman (malcolm.t.pittman@usace.army.mil).
