About this file

This document is an Amendment (0001) to a Request for Quote (RFQ) W912DY-25-Q-0108 for Navy Region Europe appliance procurement. The amendment incorporates a revised Statement of Work dated 12 May 2025 and provides responses to vendor questions regarding a furnishings program involving appliance delivery and installation at two locations: Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (Building 737) and NSA Bahrain (Building 765).

Key details include delivery specifications for both sites, with Djibouti requiring non-staged delivery to an unoccupied building and Bahrain requiring staged, room-by-room delivery to an occupied 4-floor building. The amendment addresses vendor inquiries about delivery logistics, such as loading dock availability, elevator access, security requirements, and shipping instructions. Specific requirements include delivering microwave convection ovens and dehumidifiers between 0800-1600 hours, coordinating with the Technical Representative at least 15 working days prior to shipping, and providing 48-hour advance notification of truck arrival. Vendors must also comply with base access procedures, background checks, and provide appropriate documentation for entry.
